By accessing and using Ayowell (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to update and change these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. It is your responsibility to periodically check this page for updates.

2. Use of Service

Ayowell is a health and wellness service designed to track personal health information, provide personalized recommendations, and connect users with healthcare providers. The Service is not a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any health decisions.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. In no case shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to Ayowell for the Service, if any.

7. Termination & Governing Law

Ayowell reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe is inappropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by contacting us at legal@ayowell.fit.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Francisco, California. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
